Click Tools%26gt;Internet Options

Under the "General" category, you'll see Home Page, Browsing History, Search, Tabs and Appearance.

Go to Search and click "Settings", from there you can change the default search providers. Make sure you download the toolbars for the search providers first though =)

yes you can
Mywebsearch is spyware.

Uninstall it.

Either yahoo or google toolbars have search on them if you're using IE6.0

IE7.0 has a way of changing the built in search..just go thru the menus to find it.
click the tools button for IE and there will be a section on the first tab called search click the setting button but you may need to download the tool bar for which ever search engine you want to use
Dear User,

In the top right of IE i.e., IE7 you will see a magnifying glas type of icon from where you can set your default search engine. Thanks
Go to Tools -%26gt; Internet Options. On the General tab, there's a section called "change search defaults." Click Settings button in that section, and you'll be able to make the change.

I prefer Yahoo search. :)
