Why I can't access IE and Opera?

This is the message i got:

But i can access mozilla firefox without problems.

It depends on what OS you're using. If you're on windows, I would recommend uninstalling Opera and disabling IE. I wont say how to do that here, but google it. Firefox is really the only good browser option.
